HYGGE smørrebrød was founded by Aarhus-raised; London based Danish chef
Caecilie Hougaard Pedersen in 2016, after years in England, missing quality Danish cuisine.

Starting out with quality smørrebrød and trading at food markets across London, HYGGE soon expanded into to large pop-ups and kitchen takeover, and we are trilled to have also launched our own product line of traditional Danish products, allowing you to make your favorite Scandinavian dishes, right in your own home.
