It's time to squeeze the last bit of summer of of this year...
The days are starting to get a little colder, but we still have the beautiful late summer sun... So why not hold on to the days of summer with som gravad laks salads.. And we have just the one for you!
You will need:
1 pack of HYGGE’s Gravad Laks Home Cure
500g salmon with skin
Fresh dill, for curing and for garnish
For the dressing:
2 tbs honey
2 tbs rapeseed oil (or another flavourless veg oil)
Salt and pepper
10 cm cucumber
1 horseradish root
You can always serve with the rest of the horseradish root on a small plate, so people can help them selves to more, should they wish, as well as with little slices of dark rye bread.
